A momento made by Michael Booker for Major Patrick "Pat" Reid after his appearance on the Thames Television series 'This Is Your Life' hosted by Eamon Andrews which aired on Wednesday 21st February 1973.
There are letters from 'Thames Television' from Sarah Dickinson thanking him for lending photographs which had been sent by Michael Booker for the show. Some of these photographs were signed including the group shot of "The Laufen Six" inside Colditz Oflag IVc with signatures including Captain Rupert Barry (one of the longest serving POWs at Colditz), Major Patrick "Pat" Reid, Captain Richard "Dick" Howe (Escape Officer 1942-45), Lieutenant Peter Allan (famous for "The Mattress" Escape) and Captain Kenneth Lockwood MBE (one of the first six British prisoners at Colditz).
There is also a signed black and white photograph by Edward Hardwicke, the actor who played Major Pat Reid as Major Pat Grant in the Colditz BBC TV series between 1972-74.
