An original air letter addressed to Mr Sidney MacDonald Proudley (Prisoner No. 468) received whilst imprisoned as a prisoner of war in Ilag VII Laufen (OBB) in Germany.

This lot also includes a prop used in the BBC TV series Colditz (1972) for Lieutenant Peter Proudfoot (Prisoner No. 357) Colditz Oflag IVc. This prop was made from the original air letter addressed to Mr Sidney MacDonald Proudley.
